3. Quotes and Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Quotes issued by our technicians are valid for 15 days, unless stated otherwise.
4. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or delivery document, all repairs include a limited warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the service performed. Warranty covers only defects related to the repair work and does not cover damage due to misuse, improper packaging, accidents, third-party interference, or external conditions.
5. Shipping and Returns
– Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
– Returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a restocking fee.
– Opened or used items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.
6. Unclaimed or Abandoned Equipment
When you send your equipment to Biomedical Fix Solutions for diagnostic or repair service, we are committed to providing a detailed evaluation and cost estimate. However, we require timely communication from our clients to ensure proper handling and avoid unnecessary storage or disposal.
6.1 Estimates and Approval Timeline
– Once we complete the diagnostic evaluation, we will send you a repair quote by email.
– You have 15 calendar days from the date the quote is issued to approve or decline the service.
– If we do not receive a response within 15 days, your equipment will be considered pending and moved to our storage holding area.
6.2 Equipment Pickup or Return
– If the repair is not approved, or the quote is declined, you must arrange for pickup or return within 30 days from the date of quote issuance.
– Equipment that is not picked up or shipped back within this period may be subject to additional fees.
6.3 Storage Fees
– After the 30-day grace period, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee per day, starting from day 31.
– If you wish to have your equipment returned, all outstanding storage and shipping fees must be paid in full.
6.4 Abandonment and Disposal
– If no contact or payment is received within 45 days from the original estimate date, your equipment will be considered abandoned.
– We will attempt to notify you at least twice (by email and/or phone). If there is still no response, we reserve the right to:
– Recycle, dispose, or sell the equipment to recover storage, evaluation, and handling costs.
– If any proceeds remain after covering those costs, they will be held for the customer for up to 6 months, after which they may be forfeited.
6.5 Legal Notice
By sending equipment to Biomedical Fix Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to this Abandonment Policy. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or costs associated with unclaimed equipment after the 45-day period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, videos, layout, etc.) is the property of Biomedical Fix Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Biomedical Fix Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the products provided, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
