1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Pre-approval is required before returning any item. Please contact us at info@biomedicalfix.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom repairs or special-order parts.

Items that have been used, modified, damaged, or disassembled.

Equipment returned without original packaging or accessories.

Shipping costs and labor charges are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Biomedical Fix Solutions is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

In some cases, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
